How It Works

Booking your session is easy: choose your preferred time on our online calendar, and you'll receive a confirmation email with a Google Meet link. When it's time for your session, just click the link on your phone or computer to get started.

 

No special equipment is required - but having a workout mat, a set of weights, or a comfortable space with enough room to move around can enhance your workout experience. It’s also a good idea to prepare in advance where you'll place your phone or computer so your trainer can see you clearly, and you can follow their guidance effectively.
